Do people still play COD: WaW?

Yeh there are still servers up, nowhere near as popular as other games in the series but you'll get a few thousand online last I played (relatively recently)

plenty of servers for tdm/hc/ffa, just not many for domination/war/s&d.

Still play this on my 360 from time to time, but it's infested by hackers

Love using the bolt-actions with ironsights in this though! So satisfying when you've been waiting in the bushes, waiting for that one pixel on the other side of the map, where you just know someone is, to twitch. Bang, and the Jerry is gone!

May get it for PC cheap. Then again, CoD4 is still stupid money...

its still pretty busy as is cod 2 and cod 4 (cod 4 is amazingly busy and going up and up every day ! )

also there is a great waw mod being made called redline. has been in development for ages but i think its about done now.

I though WaW multiplayer was terrible. Played for a few hours then never went back.

Just had a look at that mod, why are they making a modern FPS mod on World at War? Wouldn't it be better to be on COD4? Either way it looks good but I can't find a ModDB page or anything about it. Will it be stand alone or just modded servers?
