do these drives fit in the same slot on a mobo

MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA PCIE M.2 SOLID STATE DRIVE

970 EVO PLUS POLARIS 500GB M.2 2280 PCI-E 3.0 X4 NVME SOLID STATE DRIVE

the board i am looking to use at the moment is


msi B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (SOCKET AM4) DDR4 ATX MOTHERBOARD

Just below the CPU is the M.2 slot on that board if I remember rightly

Looking at the photo in that link it looks like the M.2 slot is between the CPU and silver PCI-e slot, it has 3 screw holes (1 has a screw in it) for different length cards.
