I'm after either an extension or adapter for an 8-pin mobo power cable with an angle of 90deg.

Can't seem to find what I'm looking for anywhere, closest I've come across was this picture. So, similar to this but 8-pin mobo not PCI-E.

surely the wires coming out the top of the connector can easily be pushed flat with a finger?

Not with the chunky as hell braided cable coming from my PSU, maybe with one of these but a 90degree cable would be a lot neater imo.

dont think i have ever seen something like that, although it wouldnt surprise me if they exist somewhere. you could always try modifying the connector to do it, although do at your own risk.
