Which ISP?

IP Profile is 7.15Mbps so I take it the reason I'm getting poor speeds must be a traffic/throttling thing?
Download speed on that test was 1.24Mbps which is much faster than I was getting with speedtest.net earlier
ISP is BT, changing soon though, just checking things over just now so I can compare when I change over

have already placed an order with Zen on a monthly contract, will see how it goes, at least I have the option to change it after a month if need be
