I have always wanted a motorbike but I can't get my dyspraxic head around changing gear with a lever (clutch) and a pedal (gearbox).

Do they make any kind of dual clutch auto transmission bikes and if so do you need to learn to ride on a manual one to ride these legally at 700cc etc?

Thanks

its easy

pull the left lever in pull up on your left toe,let left lever out:D(to change up,same thing but down on your toe to change down)

I rode a Honda 125 I forget the model though you could just change up and down with no clutch

I can only think of a few, the Aprilia 850 Mana, & the Honda NC700X & NC750S.

The VFR1200 also has option of a dual clutch box, and it's supposed to be pretty good (if taking an integral part of the fun of biking away can ever be called good).

If you get your A2 licence on an automatic bike then you get an automatic-only licence, same as a car (except hugely more restrictive)

Ditto, I find manual gear changes more intuitive on a bike. Maybe because using fingers on a clutch gives finer control.

I think you'll find it a non-issue once you've ridden for a few days.

I find clutch control with a car much harder in comparison. I can jump on any bike and ride fine. But with a car, takes me a while to adjust to the new clutch.

Honda C90 is what you need, Everybody needs a Chicken chaser in there life at least once.

Still got a scar in my left palm from my old Chaser. :D

Haha, this! I wish I had room in the garage for a c90 :)

There are a few semi auto bikes, and there will be a lot more in the next few years as the manufacturers have invested in the technology, especially honda
