Do UPS's reduce earth leakage?

Hi, i was just wondering whether a UPS would reduce the earth leakage from my computers, our main RCD has been very touchy recently, and so i want to reduce the computers contribution to this madness.

I currently have 2x APC1400 Rackmount UPS's sitting in the car, would they work?

I doubt it. AFAIK the input and output grounds are always linked together. Depending on the type the UPS wont even isolate the mains input/output, just switching the output over to battery when required. If the breaker is faulty it's probably best to replace it anyway.
