Do we have a '280x Voltage Unlock/Custom BIOS' Thread?

My Brother has one of these;

Or are there any other ways (software hacks) of unlocking the voltage to give these cards a little boost? It's his only hope of coming close to my benchmarks

My only prior experiences are with the HIS 7950's and a GTX 780, both of which could easily be flashed to give full control.

A quick google doesn't seem to bring up a great deal.
