do we really need another antec 900 rip off

maybe - but it will have to be priced well to sell

antec have the advantage over TT in that TT are known for some really BAD cases

this may have many redeeming features over the 900 - but i see nothing individual or outstanding in its design

That's the thing though - people don't want classy looking cases. The sheer amount of people with Antec 900s proves that.

Essentially, the public has poor taste when it comes to cases, and the manufacturers are more than happy to exploit that.:)
 
sorry - i worded my opinion very poorly there

i like the 900 - it looks good for a 'gamer' case [i think the 1200 is far superior and a great improvement]

i just fail to see how TT are advancing their sales when they are failing to do something innovative

many users see a case as a long term investment [myself included]
so everyone with a 900 already, isnt going to ditch that in favour of the TT offering
 
I had a 900, but then I saw the Lian-Li PC-a17 and liked that better . . .
That thermaltake case is almost a direct copy of the 900.
 
No because the 900 is too small to begin with why don't these clueless manu's base cases on the akasa eclipse width and depth and go from there.
