I’m sorry Mr Hovis but your disguise is not passing go todayMy Russell Hobbs toaster is great, cost me £25 and does both sides evenly.

Honestly not fussed other than coverage of the burn. Mines on the blink and I was just wondering if it’s possible to get a decent one or if the issue is like someone mentioned earlier i.e. it’s more about inconsistent bread moisture.what do you prefer that made it better? big places might have conveyor toasters or other machines :
I see some toasters are 'faster' than others...but it's not out the question that someone might prefer the taste of a slower toaster, do you get toasters that you can alter the heat?
What do you think a toaster should actually do?
I have never had a problem with any toaster, other than the very cheapest tat that is too small to fit a proper slice.
I’m a virgin griller; time to pop my cherry by the sounds of it!Use the grill, fully toasted to your specification every time.
