Hi Guys
When I take my car into the garage and get work done, I always pay the bill straightaway upon collection of the car. I assume that this is normal accepted practice?
However, out of curiosity, are garages prepared to give you say 30 days to settle your bill, or do they always expect immediate payment?
If someone could not pay their bill immediately upon collection, I assume the garage has to give them 30 days to pay? If the person then did not pay their bill, what recourse would the garage have?
Thanks
