Do you Backup Often?

Currently:

- At the moment my browser/addons/favs are all synced with my Google account and hence backed up with Google.

- All of my e-mail accounts forward to my Gmail account.

- I use Dropbox to backup my phone/photos

I was tempted to buy Acronis to image my boot drive but formatting is so quick with my SSD that I generally do not see the point. Am I alone in this? I may still do this so I have a "ready to go" install on a USB hard drive or something.

Oh...I do backup my save games however I tend to buy from Steam...if they do not possess cloud functionality then I just copy the save games to my Dropbox account.

If you use Windows Vista/W7 it comes with a built-in image based backup which works well. It's far easier to reload 100GB of games from an external drive than to download them all over again.

I backup my emails & films/music/documents every 2 weeks onto my 2TB external hard drive.

Then I do a system image of my C drive with Windows 7, it's an exact image of all my settings, programs, games and everything else. I also have a system image of when I just installed Windows 7 and installed all the drivers incase I ever want to go back to factory settings again.

i back up my Imac (which contains Music/Videos) weekly to my Linux Server

using Samba

I have no backups on my Gaming PC. should do really, might sort that out now

i dont do documents or favourites really i just memories the links lol

never.

have a copy of win7 64 in my desk drawer all my games are through steam and cant say i have anything on the pc that i would not be able to get again with a quick download(100meg ntl connection ***)

Aren't you tempted to buy a 1TB HDD for like £50 and backup all your games onto that just incase, would be a lot less hassle to install from that instead of downloading all of them again?
