Do you buy extensions so you can put all wires behind the motherboard?

What extensions do you usually get? (24 pin, 4 pin, pci-e, usb, front ports etc..)

Do OcUK stock these?

Yep, had to get an 8 pin extension as my case is pretty tall and the cable on the psu wasnt long enough to go behind the mobo tray. Also bought a black pre braided 24 pin power cable, simply because its much nicer looking than the standard corsair job. No need for gpu extensions though as my cards are pretty close to the psu, if anything id like the pcie cables to be a bit shorter.

Is there such thing as front ports extensions as I can't seem to find it and its very messy in my Antec 900?

Lian Li do a 5.25 bay unit that includes pwr/reset, usb, esata and audio/mic ports, not sure though if it features a hdd led. manufacturers link here.

Thanks but I wanted a extension so I can make my front ports on my case longer so I can put them behind the motherboard.

My Corsair HX had long enough cables and were braided by the NZXT single braided extensions looked so good I used them for the 8pin, 24pin and PCI-e, a major improvement!

I was looking for pre-braided (I know i'm lazy) extensions for the hdd/power/reset/leds and couldn't find any at all.
You can get a single "Internal Header extension" though so you can use one of them for each header you need.

They are long enough if I put them in normally but if i wanted to put it behind the motherboard and through a hole so its not visible from window then I can't.

+1. That's what I've done with mine, everything goes round the back of the case.

Managed to get quite a few of my cables behind the mobo tray.

Though the addition of a second gpu and a pcie soundcard has made things a bit messier in the bottom of the case.

Gonna take a day and try to sort it out.
