I'm not trying to start a slander thread or anything, just interested. Obviously this retailer has quite a large community which is uncommon for a mere hardware seller.

I came here only in search of community really. There's a lack of UK specific OC forums that I've seen!

So I'm just wondering who is here for the lols and who is here because they buy from OCUK? Infact, who buys from OCUK because they're here, too?

Oh, no poll function? Discussion it is :cool:
 
Well we all would have bought from OCUK in the first place i would imagine or if not some time during peoples registriation here.....
 
Surely people buy from here because these forums are run by the owner of OcUK and discussion of other retailers is not allowed here.
 
bought quite a bit from OcUK, plus its the only good vendor with a forum as well!
 
I came here to Learn & I stayed to share.
The Lol's are just an added Bonus.

And...
Of Course I buy from OcUk.
 
I built my computer from parts from multiple suppliers. One of those was OCUK.

I stayed on the forum because its a bit addictive and I now have free shipping which means OCUK is a competitive alternative to other suppliers on more items.
 
OCUK only place i know what gives help and sells good quality products :D you never EVER get both even from shops.

Buy from here, help out where I can and seek it as well. Plus there's a lot of laughs to be had with some people :D

This. Most of my PC stuff is from here, but the forum community is good as well which keeps me on the forums too. I don't think that everyone on the forums has bought from ocuk as we do have a lot of people who don't live in the UK so are unlikely to shop here.
 
I think that overclockers is aimed at enthusiasts more than anywhere else. They have a great shop with top notch hardware and good prices, plus the support on the forum is second to none. Good for a laugh also, so to cut a long story short, I'm here for it all. :)
 
I just brought half a PC from OCuk and the other half from a competitor.

Postage cost me £12 (next day delivery) from ocuk and the postage was free (comes 5days) from the other company.

And to my surprise both parts have come 2day :)

So now im going to go build my PC (although i havent brought a GFX card yet and the mobo doesnt have any GFX integrated :/ )
 
All my parts for my new I7 rig have been bought here with excellent delivery times.

The case im getting on friday (800D) wasnt bought from ocuk but was bought by another ocuk forum member from ocuk and im buying it from him :) So it was bought from ocuk by proxy lol

Like what most people said, I buy MOST of my stuff from here as the service is just the best out of all compeditors. When overclockers don't have somthing instock, i buy from somewhere else, simple :D
