Just double checking. Seeing as the oven is meant to be hot I put the base in alone for 5 mins then take out of oven and add all toppings expect cheese. Bake for around 8-10 mins(can't remember exactly) take out, add cheese then back in for a few mins.
Otherwise do you not find the toppings are frazzled by the time the base is cooked and the cheese is burnt if you just put it all in at the start?
