do you defrag your pagefile?

i have seen some utilities available that defrag your pagefile, and was wondering if it is necessary to do so ?
is it worthwile or shouldnt i waste my time?

I haven't yet, and I'm on Vista 32 HP.

Ive allways turned off my pagefile before i do a full defrag, once its done just switch it back on and all nice and clean

Sometimes. But whenever I run the Sysinternal's PageDefrag its only in two fragments so I leave it.

It's not something I bother about, I use a static pagefile, so such is not supposed to fragment...
