Do you enjoy going to sleep?

If my body didnt need sleep I would never fall asleep. I see it as 6-8 hours of my life down the drain :p

I love to keep my mind active and doing things. I tend to go to bed/sleep when my body is just about to crash. I feel this way I get to bed a straight away go to sleep.

I have tried it a few times where I go to bed early. I just end up tossing and turning and thinking about things for a few hours before I finally fall to sleep. So I figure I might as well just fill them few hours tossing and turning into doing something I want to do.

I also hate getting up though :p But once I am out of my bed I am fine. Splash a bit of water over the face just to wake me up and its all gravy :)

Sometimes i do but the majority of the time i don't so i stay awake until the early hours of the morning. That way, i am so tired the second i climb into bed, i'm asleep within seconds. :o

i do this.

at the end of the day, sleep is time wasted! and lying trying to get to sleep is just rubbing it in :D

Depends how i'm feeling, i'm a bit of a worrier so if something is on my mind I tend to think about it before sleep which keeps me up.

Then again, when i'm actually tired/looking forward to a good sleep, I freakin' love it.

I love going to sleep. I hate waking up, I have a funny morning habit of just putting my head under the shower to wash away the sleep :p

It does good at waking me up though..

This sounds stupid.. You could say a shower? Nah I get a shower at night

is it sad that i actually look forward to going to sleep at the end of the day? :) i love it, the only part of the day where i get some peace and quiet heh.

I love sleep. I fall deeply asleep fairly quickly and wake up ready to go. I sleep soundly, but I love that feeling of relaxation and falling asleep.

You used to have problems .. I take it your over all that :)

I hate going to bed.. I have to listen to my wife snoring and watch her nostrils flare!

Her feminine products come in very handy!

Falling asleep is effortless. Read a magazine for a bit, usually Evo, then turn light off.

I listen to talk radio in the background and the fact I honestly have NO idea who the presenter is or what the topics of conversation are shows you how little time it takes to go to sleep.

You do your make up to pass the time?

I love going to sleep, possibly too much, I will more often than not get home from work at about 5, crash out on my bed fully clothed and sleep for an hour or 2.

This is however having a very adverse effect on my sleeping paterns.

Going to sleep is ace! Even better for me now as yesterday I got a brand new bed and mattress, after years of sleeping on the worst mattress in the world. I'll be going to bed at 9pm every night just to make the most of this newly acquired comfort! :D

Yeah I wasn't a well person last year lots of issues. However in spite of that, when I did sleep I used to sleep deeply and soundly.

Now though, I merely have to touch the bed and I'm fast asleep :D World war 3 could break out outside and I wouldn't know about it! :D 6hrs later I'm ready to kill maim and destroy! :D

I enjoy sleeping but I hate waking up and I sleep too much, I think some of my sleeping problems are relating to the borderline Anemia I have. Found out not so long ago I have it, seems like I can't get enough oxygen in sometimes too.

I hate getting to sleep, it's usually too warm, people end up talking obnoxiously or leaving the TV on and I just lie with my eyes closed getting more and more frustrated that I'm not getting to sleep (which also doesn't help). Generally I have to wait until about 3AM before I'll just go to sleep without thinking about it. Also I have this horrible habit of always waking up an hour after I've gone to bed. Getting to sleep is just a pain in the bum so I generally just put it off. This is bad because I usually sleep for 11-14 hours if I don't set my alarm and I end up waking up at 2-4PM.

That said, sometimes after going to college or what have you I feel so drowsy I just crash out on my bed at about 6PM and sleep until about 4AM.

I like sleeping when in a good sleeping pattern, like now I will be in bed in around 7 hours and I will be knackered so getting to sleep will be easy.

When I'm in the routine of going to bed at 7am I find it very hard to get to sleep, despite knowing if I do stay up for a few more hours I'll fall asleep at 2pm and wake up at 11pm and make the pattern even worse.
