Hey guys
I've got back on track (literally) track and field in javelin throwing were I use to compete. I've stopped going to the "normal gym" and now train at the stadium from September 2015. I was a gym goer from February 2015 - August 2015.
My flexibility is **** but I'm getting there, also had a few injuries (tricep, hips and 4 times an adductor injury)
So here are a few stats I have gathered when we do lifting tests in training.
*1 Rep Maxes*
ATG Front Squat - 120kg
ATG Back Squat - 130Kg
Back Jerk - 100kg
Bench - 115kg
Snatch - 65kg
Clean - 85kg
Not that good but we are still in the early preparation. The snatch and the clean are really bad due to me not being that technical.
Do you even lift and how much ?
