Do you get 32bit & 64bit in same box in Ultimate Upgrade version?

Is it true that if you buy Vista Ultimate (Upgrade Version) you get BOTH the 32-bit and 64-bit DVDs in the box? I heard that you do in the full retail, and that you definately don;t in the OEM version, but what about the Upgrade version?

Yes you do get both editions, I have the upgrade version at home.
