A few years ago when I was in school I was in the wrestling team, before each match I'd put on some death metal just to get me going, I mean I was just going in the ring and putting 100% rage So anyway I am going to do the same now, put some heavy stuff and go to the gym, but I was wondering, do you guys need hard stuff to get going? Or can you listen to anything?
It's like an initiative to me really, I mean that sort of music always makes me wanna punch something so I might as well get that energy out in the gym!
