Hi I am joining the gym and Would like to buy a small MP£ player that might clip on to the side of my shorts or something like like. IPOD seems a bit big and would no doubt feel it hitting me as I am jogging or should I say crawling.

IPOD shuffle??

I have this.
Got it specifically for the gym and it does the job very well.

The shuffle fits into that budget. A regular HDD iPod is a bad idea for the gym, but the shuffle is flash memory so you don't need to worry about it moving about as you're running on the treadmill etc.

I suggest you do some research then because a 1gb shuffle's RRP is 49.99, but shop around and you'll get them for cheaper.

You can create a play list in iTunes and then have the ipod fill automatically from that playlist. And then choose to play the songs in order or shuffled. But you cant have multiple play lists on it no.

Shuffles are perfect for the gym.

Anyone know of a really sturdy mp3 player, the sort that you could go running/cycling in whether its raining or not?

Would anyone mind telling me something about the Ipod Shuffle and the Creative Stone? Obviously there are no menus, but how is it when it comes to skipping songs?

Thanks.
