Do you no what software I can use to edit transport streams from my USB card ?

HI I have a nebula or what ever its called USB card and I recently recorded a load of channels using the transport stream feature.

Any way I was wondering if you no any software that will allow me to edit the shows I want our of this HUGE TS file I have. ??
