 WTF is that!

Ewwwwwwwwwww! Sorry, but that looks really really gash.

Escort is superb though  There's a Mondeo near here on those wheels. Fantastic looking car.

Do you really need to repost the picture in your reply. It's just there above your post. I know the thread warned of 56k users, but please.

Its a good job you warned 56k'ers, I used to hate the fact my 56k modem would literally catch fire if I loaded a thread which had jpegs in it and there was nothing I could do about it.

Oh wait, there was, I had a back button, and jpegs dont melt modems :p

Anyway, some good Photoshop skills on the first car - that Escort looks like a real photo! Not sure about the 306, though.

Andy, it was already lowered about 100mm before that photoshop so you can see why it was so low, i am more more a fan of it being quite smooth than how low it is!

Totally OT, ive noticed you mention you use 56k a few times, any reason you still use 56k? I would have thought a heavy forum user like yourself might have used broadband by now?

On topic, the original pics would be good to see the differences.

No, but it's a 60k image. I'd expect you to complain if I included both images, but the image of a car I was commenting on... why's that a problem?

Even with me being on 512k ADSL, it's going to add one around second to the page loading times (in fact it won't add anything, as the picture only needs to load once).

I'll edit it anyway to keep you happy :)

100mm? Nice! Although, I reckon the rear of my car is about 80mm lower :o

It's not the photoshopping I don't like, it's just the whole package. The lexus lights, the extreme lowerage... they just scream out bad things to me.

I do like the wheels though, as I was thinking of getting those exact same ones on my car a while back.

The last time i used phtoshop, this was my result

An almost broken hand
A broken chair.
2 broken Eggs
Torn Vinyl flooring(Due to the chair hitting it at speed)
A broken bucket Fridge magnets all over the floor due to a flying bottle
And 2 scared cats and 1 scared dog that have gone into hiding
A broken sliding door
All because i attempted to use it and went into an angry rage :o

Remember, never to use photoshop if you have been up all night :o

Paint shop pro is easyer to use in almost every single way :)

I've got DSL now but I've had it less than 2 years. Before then, it wasn't available here and I had to view ocuk using 56k.

Even managed the Show Us Your Motors thread and I'm here to tell the tale :o

I've done one or two things. Was quite proud at the time, but looking now they were quite crap...

Quite like these still though..

I think I stole them from another car... I stole loads of bits from other cars. This was years ago tho so I can't remember.

If you were doing a similar thing and google searching for bits then you'd have gotten the same pics as me.
