Do you respond when someone sneezes?

I sometimes say "Na zdravi" or very rarely "bless you" but I don't like the latter much.

Is that like "to health" in Czech? In Russian they say "bud zdorov" - "be healthy", and there are some similar words in Czech and Russian. The general toast when drinking is "na zdarovye" - "to health" (lit. "on health").

On topic, I never say it since it's pointless and I am not superstitious. I don't say any blessings when people burp/fart/cough either. It's annoying when this girl in the office says it all the time, even when people are chain-sneezing, she won't give up.
