Do you save your noob weapons?

Just started playing F.E.A.R again the other day and have this minute finished it (never finished it before because of WoW) and oh my god what a cool ending

But I was wondering, as near the end you lose all your weapons a couple of times and left with just a pistol do you save your mass destruction weapons for bosses you might meet later or use them when ever it seems fitting. There is nothing I hate more then saving WMD's and then lose all your weapons because you have been captured.

going to have to buy the expansion pack tomorrow.

tbh i thought that the pistol was the best weapon in the game, some of the other weapons where just pants.

the shotgun was my fav and the machine gun for longer ranges, but nothing compares to the double barreled shotgun in doom 2

hmm, it was good.

But some of the weapons in soldier of fortune Nothing like taking a shotgun to someones knees and seperating their leg

hehe I'd use the shotgun after I've killed them and turn them into human pulp
