My laptop came with Vista, but because that was in early 2007 (pre SP1) it was slow/buggy so I went back to XP - and have stuck with XP up until now.
I'm wanting to give Vista a try again, however, quite a few people have advised me to wait until SP2 is out (supposedly next month) and do a clean install with SP2, and that they will be wiping/reinstalling when SP2 comes out.
Is it worth waiting? Does installing a service pack to an already cleanly-installed OS make any difference at all? Do you reinstall for when new service packs come out?
Any opinions would be appreciated
