It has a nice symetry and texture to it so yes I do like it. I'm not saying it's outstanding or I'd put it on my wall or anything but it is nicely composed and well exposed, I think a quick tweak of contrast and saturation would make it pop a little more.

It's an ok photo, could be more interesting with better light and maybe a slightly different composition

Why do you need the RAW? Unless you want to edit it?

The photo is a funny crop, it seems you've copped it to that frame. What was cut off?

It is also slightly off horiztonally by about 1 degree.

The composition is a typical one for that. It's not bad but it is too cluttered. This isn't your fault as such, it is more to do with the guy busking. If he just had a simple acoustic guitar without the amp and power source then the image would be cleaner and simpler and with more impact.

The porous nature/holes in the stone work is also a big distraction and I suspect will be more pronounced in a B&W edit.

A side note, subconsicously my mind expects and want to see an old man, or a poor man busking, not a seeminly comfortable 20 something guy with quite a lot of gear doing it for a record contract (you can see he is selling CDs).
