Jesus man, no wonder your nearly hitting triple figures in heat.
That kind of voltage normally needs phase or waterchilled cooling. You shouldn't even need 1.8v for 4Ghz anyways, I very rarely see poeple going over 1.65, even when breaking the 4Ghz barrier.

It's a B3, not a G0 and will quite happilly play CS:S for a few hours at that speed.
It's a lucky chip. And btw, 90 degrees is it's idle temperature. =P
I need to get a screenshot from him using coretemp after a CS:S session. Expect triple figures.
