Do you think too much?

I think i do think too much about things. Like for instance being 19 im thinking of getting money together and moving out, and being more independant. But with that in mind i get it so good at home (no rent only food bills) that i would really notice rent hitting my pocket and then there is how on earth am i going to afford to get a house seeing as there all so expensive now and would need a mortage that i have no chance of being able to pay back.

Other than housing situations for myself in the future i wouldn't say i worry about anything, which just concerns me i don't actually sit there worrying about

Doesn't everyone think to much?

Is it actually possible not to have something on in your mind. Either there's stimulation (music, chatting , whatever..) or your thinking about something.

I wish I could find a way to stop my girlfriend from thinking too much. She really suffers quite badly from not sleeping properly because she lies awake at night thinking about total rubbish. I mean, she gets two to five hours a night and that's it. She's tried everything, doctors, shrinks, pills, massage, accupuncture, the lot. It's getting to the point I'm going to suggest that I just chloroform her every night (or just go ahead and do it!) :D

Does she have anything with caffeine in it?
Coffee, coke, chocolate etc?

If she does tell her not to have any caffeine in any form after 2pm...

It's a very powerful drug, even if you get to sleep you sleep lightly. It's amazing the difference it has when you give it up.

I wish. I'd hide anything even remotely caffeine-related in her house! Probably by taking it to mine and keeping it for myself :D

She's a herbal tea and healthy food eating kind of person. The doctor told her that she needed some sleeping assistance and gave her these super strong sleeping pills.......which she is supposed to only use once a week
