Do you think we will see cheap PCI-E HDMI card ?

Hi as I all ready have a decent sound card that I am more than happy with -Auzentech X-Fi Prelude, I would all so like transfer high bitrate Audio tracks like Dolby True HD to my AMP which I no needs to be HDMI.

Do you think we will see any cheap £30 HDMI PCI-E cards that will just transfer the raw data and let my expensive AMP do the rest ?
 
they are supposed to be releaeing a hdmi addon for the prelude. i dont know when though, and i dont know if it'll support dts:ma and trueHD streaming or not
 
I really will jump straight on the first card to suppor the DTS HD and TrueHD for my HTPC. I have HDMI on my graphics which is kewl, and the sound add on just need the card :S
