Do you use Amazon prime video?

There is plenty of good stuff on prime, it does not get updated as much as Netflix, but don't forget prime includes more than just videos....

You’re either accusing me of lying or being stupid?!

You may be lucky to still receive weekend deliveries in London but ya not clever to use your situation as fact for an entire country..

Where I live in the NW they are no longer a thing. If I order on Thursday evening it’ll arrive on Monday.

That is very unfortunate. SW here and I ordered a new game for my Switch this morning and it's getting delivered this evening.

Prime video is hit and miss. I did watch the David Brent film a few days ago but I don't have prime for the videos. I have it for the delivery - everything else is gravy

Whats wrong with having stuff delivered on a weekend ?? I love getting them to send me stuff on a Saturday/Sunday :P

It’s worthwhile just for Vikings to me. One of the best shows ever made, up there with GoT, BB etc

Bosch is great as well.

I'll have to check out Vikings. Amazon exclusives are a worth a watch and not to be dismissed. As many have said; If you frequently purchase from Amazon. Prime pays for itself on saved postage fees alone. I see Amazon movies and music as a bonus.

The Man in the High Castle, Bosch and Black Sails are very good with high production values. Agree a lot of the films I have seen; but there are many films I have not seen (Arrival, Mad Max Fury Road). No idea if they are any good but worth trying. There are some hidden gems and if you don't mind subtitles, don't dismiss some of the foreign films/TV series, The Killing (original Danish version) is also very good.

Having a quick look to see what is currently on Prime. Literally just noticed there is an old F1 movie 'The Quick and the Dead' deemed a sensationalist film for its time (covers the dangerous period of Formula 1 during the seventies) and I have heard a lot about this film on various forums, but never watched. When there is rubbish on TV - What's to lose?

Not really a lot of point in paying for Prime, if only interest the videos side, mostly because you can just watch it all for free illegally - which you shouldn't be discussing.

I have prime mainly for the delivery side of things but the video is also a big side for me too as I watch a fair chunk on Amazon.

Regards to things to watch.

Lucifer
Vikings
Black Sails
Ripper Street
The 100
Into the badlands
Mr Robot

There are loads more I haven't had chance to watch yet but will be doing very soon.
