Do you use DS screen protectors?

So I threw one on the touch screen when I bought it a few weeks back, it's now so badly scratched that it's messing with visibility, getting tempted to just not bother, the screen is glass right? which means it really shouldn't get scratched so long as a proper stylus is used right?

Has anybody not used protectors and if so what are your screens like after however long it's been?

Opinions please :)
 
Had my old style DS about 2 years now, never used screen protectors, nere a scratch to be seen.

The screen does get a bit dirty and greasy with my grubby mitts all over it but a good wipe down and its as good as new :)
 
I have no marks that a wipe doesnt remove. I bought them and decided not to bother. A few people said at the time it affected the sensitivty of the touch screen so I couldn't be bothered to try to fit them without getting dust underneath it anyway.

I cut them up and used them on my mobile phones instead.
 
I used to use the hori ones (by far the best ones) but all they did is blur the screens and severely reduce sensitivity. Also my original DS which until 3 months ago was used daily has never had any scratches. They are a waste of money and pray on peoples irrational worries to get sales imo.
