Do you use Xfire?

I was wondering if you still use Xfire? As recently since Steam updated I noticed a lot of people don't use it anymore and use Steam chat instead.

What do you think is superior for in-game chat?
What would you like to see improved on Xfire?
Whats your thoughts on it?

Used it a while ago, but Steam is just better on every front nowadays.

Yes I still use it, for chat and tracking gaming hours. Sometimes as a server browser too.

Used it before Steam friends was implemented. Made joining stuff like BF2 really easy.

Don't use it anymore. Steam has replaced it.

yeah i was usign it years ago to play BF2 with a few friends but havnt bothered with it lately as a lot of peopel i know have ditched it

its one of the only requirements for our clan apart from TS
Been on xfire since the start and steam isnt going to replace it for me like ever

I used to use it years ago but now Steam has taken over. its a shame now on the website it says just over 100k users when It used to be in the millions.

I still use it today, mostly for game time logging and keeping in touch with old friends who play certain games.

As like a few others, it was great for the likes of Battlefield 2 many years ago as communication and server browsing was made much easier.

Steam certainly has replaced Xfire now with it's much better chat/friends interface that can be placed on top of almost any game. Even so, I always run both at the same time anyways so I could care less which one is better.

I use it because a lot of my efriends havent moved on to steam chat, I'd rather use steam chat as I have steam running 24/7

Used to use it to chat ingame with mate but not anymore since i aint been playing many games with mates cept eve online and that has its own chat box. So just dont use it now.

Steam & Vent is all I use, though the video capture on X-Fire is used occasionally.
