Do you want to open game bar?

Today I've had a grey box appearing multiple times while ingame with the message 'Do you want to open game bar?' written in it, It's been while using a controller and it's extremely annoying as it locks you out of the game until answered, It's not something I recall seeing before and need to know how to disable it, I went in to Steams settings/ingame and un-ticked the enable steam overlay while in game but that does not stop it so I was hoping someone here can explain what it is and how to stop it happening, I have big hands and think I'm knocking one of the other X360 controller buttons accidentally setting it off but surely I can block it all together through Steam, Does anyone know what to do?
 
1) Open the "XBOX" app.
2) Hit the "Settings" button on the left panel after signing in, it looks like a gear.
3) Hit the "Game DVR" Panel at the top of the settings screen.
4) Toggle off the "Record game clips and screenshots..." button.

That's great, I'd never of thought to look there as the box looked like it was in Steam grey so I presumed it was them, Thankyou for the help.
