Do your fingers default to the WASD keys?

just placed mine on the keyboard without lookang and sure enough my index middle and ring fingers of my left hand rested on dwa respectively

Aye, wasd+shift+space has been a natural position for my hand for ages :).

Kinda annoying as I switched to left handed mouse, but don't for gaming because I'm so used to wasd.

same as above, little finger on shift, thumb on space and index, middle and ring finger on A, W and D lol

so sad arnt we?

Yup, I'm a gamer at heart.

I just tried it, and my left hand went to Shift, A, W, D and Space. Right hand went to arrow keys, Ctrl and 0.

My mum (who's a touch-typist) defaults to ASDF and JKL;

I guess it would be churlish to point out that if you have WASD, Shift and space then you have six fingers... :p

I first noticed this a year or so back, had some office program open, couldnt remember what I was about to do and looked at my hands for a clue. It just confused me all the more... :(

You knew what I/we ment though CuZ! ;)

Fingers over the WASD keys, not necessarily on all of them all the time. :p
