Hi everyone :)

just finished building a PC as a suprize for a friend but ran into a little snag. Upon powering on the PC, the system produces 3 long beeps over and over again. There isn't any information in the manual on the beep codes and I can't find any conclusion online. The motherboard is an Asrock 4CoreDual-SATA2

Cheers

Probably a memory issue.

Ensure the sticks are seated correctly. If they are then try with only one stick, and then with the other.

Re-seat the memory and gfx and make sure you have the 4 pin connector connected.

Possible, but I'd be blaming memory, mobo, PSU or graphics first. Is there another system you can swap parts with?

Thanks for the help and advice, found the cause of the problem thismorning at work. The CPU was dead, swaped it for a new one.

Thanks again :)
