DOA Geil Memory module :(.

I received the memory today (2x1GB) but unfortunately one of the sticks is dead, after trying them separately in two machines one of the sticks won't let the computer boot and DLED hangs at memory testing. How fast are OcUK with RMA's concerning RAM?

Pretty fast turnaround, my mate had some problems with his GeiL sticks aswell and he got his replacements I believe 2 days after he had sent them back. It was less than a week turnaround I'm sure.

When i RMA'd my wolfdale they tested it the same day they recieved it. I got an email that day saying i'd be getting a refund, following a manager's approval. I'm guessing if you want a replacement it would take them a day, 2 max to post a replacement with next day delivery.
