Hey guys just brought a complete pc second hand , came with a Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 Xtreme 8192MB ... when I first powered up pc fans mouse and keyboard all lit up but graphics card just flashes red ...not just led s but the writing , graphics ont the top and the fan stop writing on the side .. constants slow flashes ..monitor dosent turn on ...he said was working fine before delivery ..tried in another pc and does the same obviously getting power but just flashes ...my 3080 card started first time in his machine ...any ideas ?? Didnt want to just sell the card as parts and spares if it is something silly that I'm doing or an easy fix ..any help much much appreciated ... I would upload a vid of it flashing if I knew how lol cheers

if you tried the card in another system and it still didnt work then he was lying about the card being fine, its dead

Yeah that's probably what I thought mate cheers he did refund a little towards the card but know where near enough to get a direct replacement ☹.. its weird cause usually it a single blink of an led which shows an error or a bleep etc ...but it's just constant ...and a prominent red lol ... is it worth selling as spares etc or is it just ready for the bin haha ....thanks for your reply

Depending on where you bought it from you maybe able to get a full refund.
