Anyone had any experience with any DMS that run under Windows / IIS?

I've found some nice open source solutions but they seem to running under their own web control (tomcat) and have proved to be unreliable.

Looking for something that can run under IIS and offer just the basic features of a DMS, most importantly - needs to be open source.

Share point foundation 2010 is free

SharePoint isn't a Document Management System, more a Document Platform. You can make it into a DMS, but it isn't really out of the box.
