My insurers have increased my premium this year by @£275 after I had a little claim. At the time of the claim they said that I'd only lose about 5% of my NCB (70% down to 65%) but this hike is in fact over 45% as they now reckon my risk has been reassessed or some other pap. Anyways, a mate has the same car as me & his premium is @£400 cheaper than mine and the only reason we can see for this is his location/postcode. What are the legal implications & snags if I were to register my car at his address?
