Does 3 phone network have a members forum?

I used a photograph of our garden covered in snow as wallpaper and the next morning it had disappeared only to be replaced by a picture of a japanese pagoda sort of building. I looked to see if network 3 had a forum with no success.
Firstly, does anyone have any idea what happened to my SP such as a malicious virus?
Secondly, does the network 3 have any form of help line for users of their application?
As you can see, I am not very technically competent.

It won't be a network thing, it would be more of a phone thing. I don't think 3 has a community forum and since it's not network related I don't think 3 customer support can do much either.

What phone is it? iPhone or Android? Did you install any apps recently that might have changed the wallpaper without you knowing?

The phone is an Android and as soon as you asked, "Did you install any apps recently? the answer stared me in the face which appears to be some form of attack. Now all I need to do is to find where I can have the phone checked out.

Many thanks Lysander. Yes I did install a wallpaper app, in fact I installed a few all of which my wife argued with as we got more and more lost in the county of Hampshire England. What sort of idiot would build the facility of pushing my selected picture wallpaper for their rubbish? Regrettably I'm a technical incompetent and at the age of 85 I cant see myself improving so I need to fid a telephone shop who will sort the mess out but many thanks.

you're not technically incompetent, you had the wherewithal to create an profile for these forums, you had the wherewithal to think to check and see if 3 had customer forums. you are head and shoulders above quite a lot of younger folk. fair play to you sir. if i half the wit you have when i reach 85 i'll be extremely happy.
