does 64mb ram on X-fi improve gaming fps

Hi all, I kinda asked this question in my other post but it went way of track and went on to something about pianos and break out boxes,lol, still never mind I just wanted to know if and how much fps can be gained using the fatal1ty version, All the articles ive read on the fatal1ty were giving it top marks 90% etc for gaming and spoke of fps improvement in gaming because the 64mb of ram takes the audio processing load of your cpu freeing it up for other things, kind works out in theory, but is this true??

All seems a bit of a waste then, I was hoping for a small fps boost, especially if im forking out £150, think ill try and sort out my audigy 2 first then..
