Does a 4 core take much impact recording a console?

Im building another system to leave at my parents for when I visit for a couple days at a time which wont be too regular in the sense i need to spends lots on this system.

Unlike my i5 system, I probably won't be playing pc games other than to test the hardware when ive built it and so, all my recordings will be of my ps5. My capture card is an external usb type which I dont know the impact of my i5 when im recording playstation.

Im looking to get the i3 14100F and a H610M motherboard.

A 4 core / 8 thread 14th gen CPU will manage fine for recording from a capture card.

Might have some impact if you were playing the game and recording on the same system but from external capture it won't be an issue.
