Does a Dial-Up ISP without an 0845 number exist?

As title really. It would be useful to be able to use my mobile as a modem via bluetooth and use the internet. It would be even better if I could use my free minutes to do this, so anything without an 0845 number etc would be perfect.

Any help appreciated. :)

You could try posting the 0845 number into Say No To 0870 - it works for all "lo-call" rate numbers

There used to be a lot of real local numbers for old dial-up ISPs

The other way to check is see if they give you an international number to ring, then just lop the leading +44/0044 off the front and replace it with a 0
