See if windows didnt add activation crap they wouldnt get pirated as much imo.

There are statistics out there that disprove this argument. Windows 2000 was pirated heavily, XP, not so much.

Maybe because win2000 wasn't as good as xp? I mean i never tryed it, i just had win 98 se, win me (not as bad as ppl say imo) then xp then vista.

There's very little difference between 2000 and XP. Most people are like you and didn't know about 2k. In fact I would say that 2000 was one of MS' most important releases.
