I use a mouse often at work, I do draughting so its click click all day.
A few times in my career, I have had the same reoccurring pain in my upper right shoulder.
The best way for me to describe my pain is;
If i stand up straight and put my arms straight down by sides, and lift them up so they are perpendicular with my body, i experience no pain.
However if i do the same but bend my elbows, as soon as my arms reach roughly perpendicular to my body, I have to drop my arm as it gives and the pain is to great. I would describe the pain as sharp, deep in my arm and roughly an inch below my shoulder.
The same pain occurs when I do a pressing motion, such as a press up or bench press, i reach a certain point and my arm just gives out
I am certain it is my posture at work and I have strained my muscles, but who else here has experienced the same?
