Does anybody know this song?

It was a dance tune out about 4-5 years ago, the lyric was something;
"it's the sound...."
and the video had this black guy with a massive afro strutting round the city (New York by the looks of it), he'd plonk the ghetto blaster down here and there and then start dancing like something out of Saturday Night Fever.

At the end of the video one of his quotes came up on the screen saying something like he was so glad to be who he was, so I guess he was a genuine character!

Anyway, I really want this song on iTunes but I have no idea what it's called!?!
