Does anybody use a 4k monitor for console gaming?

I'm redoing my man cave and having been rethinking my setup.

I was thinking of having both systems on the desk for gaming and purchasing a new TV simply for sport and movies. It crossed my mind that buying another monitor simply for the consoles would be a much more enjoyable experience.

Anybody have any experience or recommendations? Thank you.

I got my 4K monitor today, (Samsung 28" 4K QLED monitor, LU28H750UQUXEN), hooked up my Switch to it, works and looks nice, some games like Mario Kart looks like it's running at 4K natively.

Yep i did this exact thing i was tired of moving to the main tv to game on my X / PS4 pro so i did some research on 4K monitors and went with the
BenQ EW3270U 32" 4K HDR monitor.

It more relaxing and simple this way and i dont need to move my ass to the tv, My main tv is just used for movies ect.

This sounds good. I mae my mind up last night that i'm definitely going to do it. I see that BenQ also has FreeSync which I heard may be coming to XBOX and PS4.

Already available on the X now and works lovely. Ps4 pro may get it at some point.
