Could you give any gaming use feedback on it if you do? I have searched for any reviews but seems like there aren't any for this model which ocuk are selling

VA panel = Best contrast of LCDs and smashes others if you like dimmer/darkened room.
But very likely also darker shade transitions are slow compared to other panels.
(+ horizontal gamma shift)

Yeah, Liquid Crap Display tech plain sucks in many tings compared to old CRT...

I was comparing this against the TUF VG27WQ whihc is ~£70-100 cheaper. Both of which seem almost identical, apart from the ROG extras (RGB etc) and a USB pass through.
The ROG does look better though. :D

I also noticed that there isn't many reviews for this and I'm keen to buy.

Yes.. i'm interested in finding out more- i've seen a couple of offers around the £400 mark

It's a VA panel which i know many people have issues with, against IPS but the panel seems to have a decent spec?

1ms response, 165mhz refresh, AMD freesync premium pro, HDR 400 125% sRGB, DCI-P3 92%

I can't find any reviews at all, is there anyone who can weigh in on the technical specs and offer some comparisons say to the LG 27GL850B or the Dell S2721DGFA ?

I found a review on a german site that praised the monitor, ias Bob3rt mentions it is exactly the same specification monitor as the Asus TUF Gaming VG27WQ - Obviously the ROG Strix version has the "bling" but the tuf gaming model is the same panel with the same functional features... It's available for £325 which is significantly cheaper than the £400 ROG version.

The only difference i can see is the ROG version has Freesync Premium Pro and the TUF version doesnt.

So ... anyone have any opinions to offer? Is the IPS LG 27GL850B a technically superior display to this VA model from Asus?
