There site is rubbish it points you towards either posting letters to them for contact or there contact form.

I have tried the contact form and received no response. I tried a paypal dispute, which they didn't respond to either (paypal didn't refund me though)

So I now need to return a pair of trainers from over a month ago and cannot contact anyone to talk to them about this.

so thought you wonderful people might be able to dig me out a telephone number from somewhere ??
 
No numbers. Tried looking it up. No numbers, what a gay company.
You need to write to them if you want to return something.

Nah it's only recently the brand was bought by soccer world or sports soccer o whoever they are now.

contact your CC provider if funded with that, other than raising a dispute have you tried phoning Paypal?

EDIT:

I had a right **** aroudn with them when I ordered a offer on one of theirs sales which they didnt honour.

Also notice on the paypal receipt it has a phone number, but that doesn't work either :(

I love chucking £40 down the drain.

[EDIT] Rang paypal, other than send Firetrap another email they can't do anything. Have reccomended I call my bank and ask them to raise an indemnity charge.
