Does anyone have specs for the "Ultima Panther"?

I bought this beast back in November but I can't find my receipt for the specs.

Did anyone else buy this and can tell me what the standard specs were?

Or better yet is there any program that can tell me? I am looking to sell it and need all the information I can get.

press windows, click on the run/search box, type dxdiag and press enter
